Spring works with companies at various stages of their development to prepare them for growth over the short and medium term.  Amanda’s experience as a private equity investor helps C-suite executives make and execute on strategic decisions.  With a background in finance, she can help with many functions including organic growth and profit maximization strategies, marketing to investors, financial system implementation, organization and compensation strategies and mergers and acquisitions.  Her experience spans many industries, from healthcare, hospitality, and consumer to financial services, technology, and business services.

Before starting Spring Advisory, Amanda  worked as a Managing Principal at GoldPoint Partners, investing over a billion dollars in mid-market companies and investment funds, holding active board observer positions in those firms.  As a former private equity investor, she brings a buyer’s lens to strategic assignments, solving problems creatively.
