Episode 11 Zoe Bogan

Zoe Bogan is passionate about women’s issues and strives to ensure that every women is equipped with the proper tools to excel in her career HER way. In her current role as a Corporate Development Integration specialist at KPMG, Zoe drives integration improvements for US acquisitions. In this role Zoe she recognized the secret sauce for successful integrations, while also noticing that the percentage of venture capital/acquisition funding for female founders is a less than 3%, and strives to improve this.

Zoe also serves on the Leadership Council for KPMG’s Network of Women (KNOW) with an influence to address and respond to important diversity matters within female population. She has lead over 22 professional development programs (US and international) that have impacted ~2000 female professionals, one of which is a national mentorship program, Global Give Back Circle, which provides mentors to young women in Kenya. Zoe is an avid networker and enjoys connecting individuals to support their professional and personal goals.
