This week Jasmine Sandler, host of WonderWomen in Business and CEO of JS Media interviewed Genna Garver, a partner at the national law firm Troutman Sanders LLP.

A top securities regulatory attorney, Garver is known for her ability to guide clients through the complex maze of investment regulation, advising clients in connection with federal and state securities laws, private fund formation and securities offerings. Garver also is a frequent presenter and author, who is often called upon to speak at key industry events. She is highly involved in women’s and diversity initiatives, serving in leadership roles at several notable organizations, including the Investment Advisers Association, 100 Women in Finance, and the National Society of Compliance Professionals, among others.
